🌲 Mr. Luttrell’s Transitions class took a field trip to Mountain Milling Co. to learn about sawmill operations and explore career opportunities! Big thanks to this amazing family-owned Mountain Home business for not only hosting us but also donating three raised garden beds to support our special needs gardening project! 🌿🪵 #CommunitySupport #HandsOnLearning

Ryan Cooper is the First Security Bank Leadership Award winner for the month of April at MHJH. Thanks to FSB for this kind gesture each month that encourages our kids to be good leaders!
What a teacher had to say about Ryan: Ryan has shined tremendously over the past few months rising to the top of his education. He is a co-founder of the new Debate Club and works diligently with the other co-founder to create a dynamic and beneficial club. He communicates well regarding his schedule to ensure that his teachers are aware of his schedule. In science, he truly shines as he leads discussions, helps other stay on track, and encourages every person in the group to engage in discussion. Thankfully, he is also willing to accept constructive criticism and shares that gently with his teammates.

The Donald W. Reynolds Library in Baxter County recently hosted almost 600 junior high students to view the Holocaust exhibit. The library was one of only 50 libraries in the nation to receive the grant to do this program. Many thanks to the library staff for taking our students through this powerful experience!

Happy Administrative Professionals Day to our fantastic team! You have huge smiles and even bigger hearts for our kids!
